
**NOTE: All our omelet recipes call for 3 eggs and 1/2 cup chopped clams
Add:
3 artichoke hearts, diced
and 1/2 medium avocado
or 1 T. bell pepper, diced
You may also add one or more of the following ingredients:
3 ounces Swiss cheese, grated
1/2 medium tomato, diced
salt and pepper to taste
