1 cup noodles or macaroni (cooked & drained)
1 (16 oz.) can of clams (reserve juice)
1/2 green pepper, diced
bread crumbs*
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
*We prefer Contadina™ Seasoned
bread crumbs.
Butter a casserole dish. Place a layer of noodles or
macaroni, then a layer of clams; a layer of noodles, and a layer of clams. Combine
clam juice, mushroom soup and green pepper. Pour over noodles and clams. Sprinkle
with bread crumbs.
Bake covered for 20 minutes at 400°. Then remove cover and continue baking for
10 more minutes.
