1/2 cup cottage cheese w/chives
1/4 cup sour cream
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 T. melted shortening or oil
2 T. dried sweet pepper flakes
8 ounces minced clams, with juice
12 T. flour
yogurt or sour cream (for topping)
Mix all ingredients (except for yogurt or sour cream). Pour patties on a greased
griddle and cook on each side until browned.
Can be served hot or cold. Use yogurt or sour cream for topping. Makes about 34 (dollar-sized)
